Hi, I’m Warner, the founder of I Buy LI; thanks for visiting our website! helping people is my passion and I am truly blessed to be able to operate this business and serve so many great people on Long Island and NY!
In the picture you see here, I’m in the middle (in case you didn’t know haha) and the two beautiful ladies on either side are the most important woman in my life, my mom and grandma. They’ve done so much for me throughout my life that it’s my turn to return the favor by doing what I love most which is serving you.

I Buy LI is a local Long Island company that buys houses in all of NY. We believe in doing what’s right. We understand it can be difficult to decide to sell or not. So we strive to be that guide and provide the solutions available to you in being straightforward and transparent about how we operate.
We also have a heart for giving back. Last year we decided to purchase hundreds of scarves, gloves, and blankets, during the winter and spent a day in the city giving them out to those in need of some warmth. It definitely wasn’t much but it inspired us to make it a yearly thing.
One of our biggest goals is to eventually travel to third world countries and not only donate money to build churches and homes but be there in the trenches. I got this idea from a friend of mine who did this a few times and documented it as well and man.. the joy that those kids have in their eyes after just receiving a coloring book or a toy is just unexplainable. Truly heartwarming.
